Coach manual

You see and work only with the players assigned to you. Players outside your group don't appear on any of your screens, and you don't see the team's money. Your menu has Dashboard, Players, Tournaments, Lineups and Performance.

Your screen

Dashboard

Your landing screen. Four blocks:

Lessons

Publish your hours

  1. On the Dashboard, click the Calendar card.
  2. Click My availability.
  3. Pick the days and click Add window for each free slot.
  4. Save.

You can mark several days at once with Mon to Fri.

Until you publish hours, the player has nowhere to click to book.

Confirm a lesson

The player books. They pick one of your free slots and the request comes to you.

  1. On the calendar, open the lesson.
  2. Click Confirm or Decline.

To change the time: Propose a new time. The other side answers with Accept or Decline. There are also Cancel proposal and Cancel lesson.

Every step notifies both sides.

Record the lesson you gave

You are the source of truth. The player doesn't mark attendance.
  1. Open the lesson on the calendar.
  2. In the Did the lesson happen? block, click Happened, Late or Absent.
The lesson counts on its own day, not the day you confirmed it.

Fill in the report

  1. On the same lesson, click Lesson report.
  2. Fill in Your report.
  3. Click Save report. To change it later, use Edit.

The template changes with the link: technical or mental.

The player only sees the constructive side: topic, focus for the next lesson, progress and the recording of their lesson. Raw evaluation, internal notes and mental state stay with you and with management.
A player can have a technical coach and a mental coach at the same time. Each lesson inherits the type of the link.

Adjust the stats ruler

Each stat's score comes from an ideal range, and you define it.

  1. On the Dashboard, click Stats settings.
  2. Pick the level.
  3. Adjust each stat's ideal range, and its weight.

The weight decides how much the stat pulls the score and how high it rises in the "Focus on" list. The default weight is 1, so everything counts the same. A higher weight is you saying that stat matters more for that player's level.

Weight doesn't change the ideal range. It only changes how much it counts in the total.

You can override the ruler for a specific player.

Communication and limits

Send a message

You send an internal message, and it reaches only your players. A coach never reaches the whole team.

Sending is under Notifications, in the Messages tab.

What you don't see

Team capital, wallets, costs, payouts and the ledger of anyone who isn't yours.
